'Souvlaki Xpress' is a family run business founded by husband and wife George and Stacey Hadjiyianni.
We are an outdoor catering company based in Manchester, who specialise in giving their customers the ultimate Greek dining experience.
Whether it be a close family get together in your own home, or a large wedding, birthday or christening party in a hall or hotel, we cater for everyone's individual needs.
After hosting so many family parties, and getting a lot of positive reviews and feedback, we have realised that actually not many people can host or do a BBQ quite like we can. That is when we realised that we may be onto something here! Who doesn't like the smell of charcoal burning, seeing your meat or fish beautifully sizzling above it. That combination alone is enough to make your mouth melt, and that is before we have seasoned and marinated the food!
Create your own menu for your buffet, choosing from our extensive list of foods. Or for a non-seated event, we could put for you together some Greek kebabs, easy to eat whilst standing - choose between a traditional 'Cypriot Pitta Souvlaki', or a 'Greek Flatbread Gyro'.
Souvlaki Xpress is an all year round business, meaning you could be eating a traditional Greek BBQ in your home in the winter! Or if you'd prefer not to, don't forget we also do all the classic homemade oven food favourites you could choose from, like:- Moussaka, Kleftiko, Pastichio, Afelia, Tavas, perfect for those wintery days and nights.
We cook on-site to add to your Greek experience, and to ensure that your food will stay as juicy and as fresh as possible
We can provide strong disposable plates and cutlery for your occasion, so you can sit back and enjoy the day with no washing up to do. (this is included in the price)
